Alleen digitale, geen fysieke, producten worden in deze winkel verkocht. Er wordt dus niets fysieks per post verzonden. 

Zodra je betaling is verwerkt, ontvang je een downloadlink. Deze producten zijn gecomprimeerd ('gezipt') voor een snellere overdracht via internet. Je dient het bestand uit te pakken voordat je de inhoud kunt bekijken en gebruiken. Dat kan met software als 7-Zip, WinZip en dergelijke. Let op de locatie op je computer waar je downloads worden opgeslagen (meestal is er een standaard 'download'-map op je harde schijf). Nadat de download is voltooid, kunt je de inhoud extraheren. Gewoonlijk worden ze dan in dezelfde map opgeslagen.
